Bad customer services,. I was trying to book an appointment. The receptionist was rude, and was very upset because “I only provided”my full date of birth, but didn’t add my age… hmmm well I provided my full date of birth. I believe that’s more than enough. The receptionist refused to book my appointment, after I provided an extensive personal information. This is unacceptable,

When I stated that my age was provided she or he replied stating to be respectful, really? You are being disrespectful to me. This is unacceptable why they need a fulll name, date of birth, email, phone number prior to speak with the Doctor.? I hope this is not a scam. I will file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs.
