Suggested Usage:

Warnings:

Do not exceed recommended dose. This product contains senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use you nave or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain cause senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. This product contains Psyllium Husks and shou be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this out enough liquid may cause choking.
