Good product!!! This has helped me get such restful sleep and consistently have much more vivid dreams which I enjoy. It does not have any flavor, therefore it is very easy to take 2 just before bed. I’m sure it doesn’t matter what time I take them, I just prefer to take them before bed because I think it helps me have more vivid dreams. 10/10 I will buy again
