I take one tablet in the morning on an empty stomach and it helps control my appetite. I have hypothyroidism and take this tablet half an hour after taking my thyroid tablet. It helps me eat sensibly until lunchtime because I’m not very hungry. I always forget to take it before dinner. I think if I do that, I might lose some weight.
