This works great, my blood pressure was 165/93/63. I had to go get a DOT. The physical item did not arrive on time. I lowered my blood pressure to 133/82/70 by exercising for 5 weeks. When the product arrived, I took 3 pills a day with meals and after 10 days my blood pressure is a constant 122/75/55. I can’t believe I’m still taking them. My doctor suggested the pills instead of taking blood pressure pills.
Since using this I have not had any headaches. Every day around 3 p.m. m., my blood pressure rises and my head hurts until I go to bed. Some days it would be all day. I tried prescription drugs and passed out from dehydration. I’m so glad I found this, I don’t feel like my head is going to explode anymore. Highly recommended
