Desde que uso esto no he tenido ningún dolor de cabeza. Todos los días, alrededor de las 3 p. m., mi presión arterial aumenta y me duele la cabeza hasta que me voy a la cama. I think it’s effective, but it’s still too early to tell. I have reduced my regular dose of prescription drugs by 50% and my blood pressure is lower than the usual high level before the drugs. I am currently taking 1 capful a day and have ordered more bottles. I hope to be able to completely stop taking medications in the next few months. I will update again after a few weeks.
My numbers are lower, especially when I visit my doctor’s office. My numbers always go up when I visit them. Anxious I guess.
