I used the product exactly as directed and by the end of the bottle, I was gallstone free and made a full recovery. You no longer need a delete. My doctor, of course, still wanted to remove it, but I refused and after 6 months, I have had no problems with my gallbladder. My liver healthy too. Buy them!
