I was skeptical like everyone else, BUT after spending a day in the ER, I was open to anything. $37 well spent. I took 2 pills in the morning, 2 at night with a LOT of water with added lemon. Voila, it came out when peeing. I’m happy. I’m going to take 1 a day more or less to prevent in the future
