Description

Suggested Use: For adults take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.

FineLand’s Cod Liver Oil is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids (namely DHA and EPA). Naturally ocurring cod liver oil is an excellent source of vitamin A and D.
