I use it a few days a week and other than any other over the counter product it has worked wonders for me. After a couple of days without taking this, I will wake up a lot more than without taking it. I take 2 capsules on weekdays while I am getting ready for bed. It doesn’t make me too groggy or sleepy and I always wake up feeling refreshed.
